Zubtitle LLC (“Zubtitle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Zubtitle website and application, including https://zubtitle.com and https://dashboard.zubtitle.com (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, disclose, and protect information when you use Zubtitle, including when you use AI-assisted video, audio, captioning, transcription, and content-generation features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

You may browse portions of the Site without registering.

These features require temporary or ongoing processing of user-submitted content.

b. Content Processing Scope

When you use AI features:

- Zubtitle’s internal systems
- Carefully selected third-party AI service providers acting as subprocessors

We do not use customer content to train generalized AI models for public or unrelated use.

c. AI Model Training

Your content is not used to train public or shared AI models
Any model improvement using customer data, if applicable, is:
- Aggregated and anonymized, or
- Explicitly consent-based, where required by law

3. How We Use Information

By uploading content to Zubtitle, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Host
Process
Store
Modify (solely for AI processing and formatting)
Display and deliver the content

This license exists only to operate and improve the Service and ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Retention

User content is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service
You may delete content or your account at any time
Upon deletion:
- Content is removed from active systems
- Residual copies may persist temporarily in backups for security and compliance purposes

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including:

Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
Access controls and authentication
Secure cloud infrastructure
Limited internal access to user data

No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
