When you crop and resize a video for TikTok, you make it easier for your content to perform the most effectively. Here's how to do it quickly.
It seems like everyone has jumped on the TikTok train these days. The app has currently been downloaded more than 2 billion times, and it ranked as the most downloaded app in 2020. And it’s a great space for creators. From influencers to major brands, people are seeing huge results with content on TikTok. But if you want to optimize your content to perform the most effectively, then you have to crop and resize your video for TikTok.
When it comes to sizing, TikTok actually allows two sizes: portrait (aka vertical) and landscape (aka horizontal). Of course, if you’ve spent any amount of time on TikTok, you know that 99% of the videos you see on the platform are formatted vertically. And there’s a good reason for that. Studies have shown that vertical TikTok videos have a 25% higher watch-through rate.
So how can you easily crop and resize a video for TikTok? We’re here to show you!
